Pursuant to the Deed of Easement dated as of April 2, 2004, Goldman Sachs will be closing the North Esplanade at 30 Hudson starting at 9pm on Saturday, January 16th through 9pm on Sunday, January 17th. The walkway and other pedestrian areas will be open for pedestrian use.
