The JCPD asked us to share the following information with members and neighbors:

Please be advised an authorized fly over is scheduled to take place this Sunday, September 13, 2009 prior to the start of the NYC Power Boat race. The flyover will consist of vintage aircraft flying at approximately 500 feet. The event is scheduled to takeplace in New York Harbor and scheduled to start at 12:00 PM and end by 2:00PM. The event will be visible from both the New York and New Jersey shorelines.
