Greene Street Safety Closings

Due to the danger of falling debris, the Jersey City Construction Code official has closed Greene street between Grand and Sussex to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic for at least the entire day Saturday.

It is likely that intermittent closings will continue through at least the early part of the upcoming week.

NJ Transit continues with their track replacement work Saturday and Sunday at the intersection of Hudson and Essex streets. You are advised to keep clear of the area.
