The Jersey City Police Department Community Relations Unit is proudly partnering with Target Stores, Jersey City Medical Center Injury Prevention Unit, and NJ Department of Children and Families to present an important child safety event.

This child safety event will be held on November 10, 2007 from 1 pm to 5 pm at the Target store parking lot on Washington Boulevard in Jersey City. There will be many free child safety oriented displays including child car seat installation and safety checks, children’s fingerprint identification kits, kids safety books, and other child safety literature. There will also be gifts and surprises for those who attend.

This important event is part of the Jersey City Police Department’s commitment of reaching out to our community and forging a closer bond. Our partnership events provide positive and informative contacts.
