Council meetings are open to the public, all of whom are welcome to speak at the designated public comment times. Members of the public wishing to speak are advised to contact Robert Byrne, the City Clerk prior to the meeting. Telephone: (201) 547-5150 Regular Business: Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Caucus meetings (public may not speak) are the Monday preceding the Council meeting. They are held in the Caucus room on the 2nd floor at 5:30 pm.
